We got Ramen, Sushi, Yaki Udon, Strawberry Shake with Boba pearls and Char Sui Bao. We split the sushi roll and bao. I loved my Yaki Udon. I would definitely go there again. I had some questions and the servers were very helpful!

As a healthcare clinician, I stopped by to pick up a large lunch order for several physicians. Knowing this location is surrounded by hospitals, I expected large orders wouldn't be unusual. I was quoted a 40-minute wait, but the order took over an hour. Delays happens.I would have been completely understanding if someone had simply communicated that the kitchen was running behind. Instead, two employees at the front mocked me to my face while I was waiting, and I could clearly hear staff in the kitchen talking about me loud enough for the dining room to hear. That was far more disappointing than the wait itself. After reading other reviews, it seems long wait times are a recurring issue. If the kitchen consistently needs more time, be honest with customers about realistic expectations. People are remarkably understanding when they're treated with respect. I won't be ordering future physician lunch orders here. Not because the food took too long, but because of how I was treated.

Went early in the morning, nice and quiet. Only person there for a few hours, perfect while I was studying. Got the cocoa smoothie and grilled mackerel for $20. Very delicious! The employee that helped me was very nice, helped me to decide what I wanted :). Definitely planning to come back for more study sessions!

My first time in the place, and it was an okay experience. I came in later during the day and was looking for something quick to eat. I ordered their Takoyaki along with their Chocolate Temptation Cake. The wait time was quite long but the food was pretty good. I then ordered a vanilla latte which was descent compared to what is in the area. But despite that, the service was nice and friendly.

Finally tried this place after seeing this for years back when I went to UTA. Parking is a little inconvenient because you can only get in through a one way and there aren’t alternative entrances. The outside is a little run down and the inside isn’t all too flattering. Despite the menu being somewhat basic, the food itself isn’t too bad. It’s not amazing or the best Japanese food, but it’s good food for a decent price. The beef udon was delicious, noodles soft and thick, it wasn’t too saucy. I added soy sauce and spices to take the flavor up a notch. The Japanese chicken katsu with curry tasted great. I enjoyed the flavor. The mango green tea was good. It comes pretty sweet so I asked to do 50% sugar and it was still sweet. I think I could have lowered it to 25%. Whenever you get water (you have to ask), get it with ice. Water by itself without ice comes lukewarm. WiFi there is strong.
